How do I place an order?

You can order online here at ShoppaGanza.co.uk. Click onto the item, add to your basket then go to the checkout to finish processing your order.

Payment and Shipping
There is a range of shipping costs available depending on your order weight, this will be calculated at the checkout.
Some items will be calculated once we receive your order and shown on your invoice which will be sent to you upon receipt of your order.
Some items will require a local collection point, this will be reflected on your invoice.
Avon orders are delivered directly to us on a 3 weekly basis, you can either arrange a local pick up location or pay extra for standard delivery which would be caluculated at the time we receive your order in stock. If you are in Sheffield and Rotherham or nearby surrounding area its should be no more than £5 delivery.

We accept payment by all major debit and credit cards, with the exception of American Express.

Returns & refunds
For full priced items you can return your them for any reason, within 14 days of receipt, for a full product refund, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.
Please be advised that there are some exceptions to items you can return.
All personalised items, unless the product is faulty or the personalisation is not as you instructed, are excluded from our 14 day return period, as is pre-recorded material, software and, where the seal has been broken, fragrances. Mobile phones are also non-returnable if activated.
For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings for pierced ears and body bars are also excluded from return. You may only return these items if faulty or damaged. Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.
For second hand items if you have a problem with your purchase it is important to contact us as soon as you receive your order and inform us of your concern, as we will only issue a refund if the item is not as described.
